Couples Counselling

Divorce rates in Canada today are on the rise. This is indicative of the stress levels that couples are dealing with on an ongoing basis. Dysfunctions in relationships and lack of conflict resolution skills often spiral issues between couples, out of control.
Concerns such as communication deficiencies, financial and sexual turbulence often lead to the collapse of relationships. Rebuilding trust after an affair can be challenging and parenting issues are a frequent cause of disagreements within a marriage.

Working on these issues together in a safe non biased environment can often lead to not only resolve of the issues but a stronger closer relationship with real tools for success.

Pre-Marital Counselling

Frequently couples focus so much on the wedding of their dreams that they forget
that “Happily ever after” will take commitment and some real skills to divorce proof their marriage.

There is a common thought and belief that love will be enough to overcome all
obstacles, but given the high divorce rate this idea, while romantic, will not be
enough to ensure the success of the marriage.

Learning a proven skill set prior to saying “I do” can ensure that the challenges that
occur in all marriages will confidently be overcome.
